New and more specific goals

We have now set a target date to leave, January 2012.  It may be sooner if things work out, or postponed a bit, if we find we have more to do, but this is our goal. 

We finally have the numbers put together and know how much money we'll need to make this happen.  Our start-up cost will be about $25,000.  This will include everything from plane tickets, passports, a deposit on a place to live there, furnishings for that place, and a vehicle once we arrive.  MVI has been working with us and we are finding a much more affordable alternative to language school. (Details on that to follow...) We will be hosting fundraisers in the future to help us meet this amount. 

We have our monthly budget while we are there figured out too. It took a while since we had a lot of questions about how much everything would really cost. Our budget will be $3500 a month once we arrive. 

We will be looking for promised monthly support once we depart (hopefully next January). If anyone would like to contribute to our start-up amount also, that would be amazing.  It is exciting to watch as things start to come together.  Please pray about partnering with us on this vision.
